This wikiHow teaches you how to add a new Google account on an Android OS device and access it in the Play Store app.
Steps
Part 1 of 2: Adding a New Account
Step 1. Open the Android "Settings" application
Search and tap the icon
in the app menu to open the "Settings".

Alternatively, you can swipe the notification bar down from the top of the screen and tap the icon
top right.
Step 2. Scroll down and tap Accounts in the "Settings" menu
A list of all the accounts you have saved on Android will be displayed.
If you don't see the "Accounts" option in the "Settings" menu, look for "Cloud and Accounts" or "Accounts and Sync"
Step 3. Tap the Add Account button
This will open the list of all available apps on a new page.
On some devices this button is simply represented by the sign " +"and is at the top of the list.
Step 4. Tap Google on the list
This will allow you to log into your new Google account on another page.
On some devices, you may need to confirm this by entering your Android password or security code
Step 5. Enter your new Google email
Tap the "Email address or phone number" field and type or paste the address or number associated with the account you want to add.
Step 6. Tap the Next button
It is located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 7. Enter your password
Tap the "Password" field and type in it.
Step 8. Tap Next
You will be logged in and the new account will be saved on your device.
Part 2 of 2: Switching from One Saved Account to Another
Step 1. Open the Play Store on your device
Search and tap the icon
in the app menu to open Google Play.
Step 2. Tap the ☰ button at the top left
A navigation menu will open from the left side of the screen.
Step 3. Tap your name at the top of the menu
A list of all your available Google accounts will be displayed.
Step 4. Select the account you want to activate
Tap the email address of the account you want to switch to. You will then be able to use the Play Store with the account in question.
