This quick preparation dessert is perfect to be served and enjoyed on a hot summer day, at any time of the day, perhaps for a delicious and alternative breakfast. It is also rich in vitamins capable of strengthening the immune system!
Ingrediants
- 400 ml of White or Vanilla Yogurt

210 g of fresh and seasonal fruit, sliced, of your choice between:
- Apples
- Oranges
- Peaches
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Bananas
- your favorite fruits
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
- 90 ml of Honey
- 3 tablespoons of dried fruits (optional, see the advice section)
- Sprigs of Mint to decorate (optional)

Preparation time
10-15 minutes
- If you wish you can double, triple or quadruple the doses of the ingredients to share the dessert with those you love
- For a light version, choose a low-fat yogurt and halve (or omit) the sugar doses.
Steps
Step 1. Prepare the ingredients, slice the fruit and pour the yogurt into a bowl
Step 2. Stir the yogurt to remove any lumps and make it less dense
Step 3. Sprinkle the fruit with vanilla sugar
Step 4. Pour two tablespoons of fruit into the bottom of the glasses chosen to serve the dessert
Step 5. Add two spoonfuls of yogurt and top with honey
Step 6. Create a second layer by alternating fruit, yogurt and honey as before
Step 7. Sprinkle with the chopped dried fruit and add some berries or slices of fresh fruit
Step 8. Complete the dessert decoration with a sprig of fresh, fragrant green mint
Step 9. Serve immediately

Advice
- Dried fruit can be omitted or replaced with other fresh fruit.
- For a snack / dessert, add whipped cream, a small dose of chocolate syrup and a maraschino cherry.
- Make your dessert even more delicious with an addition of freshly made whipped cream!
