When you have to wear a school uniform, it is difficult to show your personality. Here you will find some tips for not looking the same as everyone else.
Steps
Step 1. Get a copy of the school rules and read them carefully
Look for possible loopholes. For example, if it says you can't get nail polish in visible places, you might want to put it on your toenails.
Step 2. If the uniform includes a trouser skirt or trousers, you can add small decorations
If you have a skirt instead, shorten it to above the knee.
Step 3. Try different, fun hairstyles
You can wear wavy, curly, straight, braided hair, gathered up or tied in a bun. Use cute barrettes, hair bands, rubber bands, and so on.
Step 4. Trick:
use a BB Cream, concealer and face powder. Then put on the eyeliner and mascara. If you are able, use makeup to accentuate your facial features. Add some lipstick to the lips.
Step 5. Wear simple jewelry
Add some studs and wire bracelets.
Step 6. Bring a backpack with you
Do not use shoppers or shoulder bags. They would weigh unnecessarily on one shoulder, which is not good for you. Add some patches on the backpack or key rings. Spread some glue on the fabric and then sprinkle some glitter to give your backpack an extra touch. You can also apply glue so you get your name.
Step 7. Buy a jacket that fits you well, and remember that the right size can change your silhouette
Sew your name on the back for a cute personalization.
Step 8. Buy leather, cloth, metallic and shiny belts
Wear them over your pants. Do not choose models that are too tacky, otherwise you will get a horrible look.
Step 9. Wear colored rubber bracelets, but be careful not to wear too many
Step 10. Apply nail polish
If you prefer fake nails, don't go too long. Protect your nails and cure them. You could use colors like pink, which is feminine, or blue, which is more bizarre. Purple is original, yellow and orange are cheerful, dark red is romantic, red-orange communicates aggression, green is difficult to match. Maybe you can choose the colors according to the season. And don't forget the French manicure!
Step 11. Wear patterned stockings with your skirt, even if they are black (or whatever color they should be)
Step 12. Wear flat shoes / turtleneck shoes / sneakers
Avoid heels and pumps, or anything that is too kitschy. When you are running late and running to school, your heels could break. Many schools, among other things, do not give permission to wear high-heeled shoes.
Step 13. Wear a patterned or plain tie
Avoid scarves, it is often too hot to wear inside.
Step 14. That's it
Have fun with your new look!
