Dolls are beautiful and their features that stand out the most are perfect skin and big gorgeous eyes. If you want to look like a doll, you need a lot of makeup and the right accessories. Follow these tips on how to apply make-up and finish your look!

Part 1 of 2: Make-up
Step 1. Start by wiping your face
Remove any makeup residue with a makeup remover. Then, wash your face with soap and warm water, pat it gently with a towel to dry it. Use a band or clips to hold the hair - you need to make sure that your hair doesn't get in your way.
Step 2. Moisturize the skin
Choose the right moisturizing lotion for your skin type and apply it to your face. By doing this, you will smooth any dry area and create a uniform surface for applying make-up.
Step 3. Put on original contact lenses
A doll's eyes are exaggerated in size and color, so you probably want to improve their color or appearance. If you want defined irises (the colored section of the eye), find lenses that create a dark circle around the iris. Step 4. Use the concealer
Create the foundation for the rest of your makeup. Choose a concealer that is a shade lighter than your skin. Apply it carefully around the eyes and nose, covering any black spots or blemishes on the face. Repeat this step two more times, making sure you apply the concealer very well.
Step 5. Powder your face
After applying a few coats of concealer, you need to powder your face. Use a darker shade of eyeshadow to apply to the outer corner of the eyelids. Make sure you apply the eyeshadow carefully. Do this with your fingers or a small brush.

After applying the darker shade of eyeshadow, use a pencil or eyeliner to outline the lower lid. The line should be the same color as the darker eyeshadow. Starting from the middle of the lower eyelid, apply the pencil (or eyeliner) only under the lashes and move it towards the outer corner of the eye. Blend the line slightly outwards.

Use the same pencil (or eye liner) to draw a line in the crease of the upper eyelid. Lightly blend it. A tip: if you don't have a well-defined eyelid crease, you can create one.

Apply a light coat of dark mascara to the upper and lower lashes.

The time has come to use false eyelashes. Choose a pair with lots of lashes, but make sure they aren't too long. The goal is to make your natural lashes thicker, not to make them a source of distraction. Apply the lashes to the ends of the eyelids.

Step 7. Put the finishing touches on your facial skin to look like a real doll
- You have to recreate the typical rosy cheeks of dolls. Use a light colored blush; smile and apply it on the upper part of the cheeks. Then, apply it upwards, starting from the center of the cheek to the hairline.
- Spice up and highlight your features. Gently apply a bronzer around the sides of the face. You can make your nose look smaller by using a bronzer along its sides. Make sure you spread it out so you don't create any kind of scuffing.
Step 8. Smack those lips
Apply a neutral, dark colored lip liner to the edge of your lips. Then, use a lighter pencil to fill in the remaining space. Blend them to blend the two colors together, but making sure that a portion of the darker pencil remains noticeable - the aim is to define the shape of the lips! Finally, apply a bright pink or red gloss.
Part 2 of 2: Hair, Clothing and Accessories
Step 1. Style your hair or try on a wig
In addition to perfect skin, the dolls have shiny and perfectly styled hair. Think about how you want your hair to look - long or short? What colour? Straight, wavy or curly? - and decide if you can style them yourself or if you need a wig.

Step 3. Second option: wear a wig

Step 4. Buy or make some clothes
Traditional dolls wear tailored clothing with buttons and lace. Look for a dress with a lace collar and buttons on the front. If you can't find the dress you want, you can wear a nightgown or make a dress. Adorn your homemade basic dress with lace and buttons. If you don't want to look like a traditional doll, you can choose to wear whatever you like!
Step 5. Don't forget the accessories
They are essential to complete your look! You should wear simple shoes that emphasize the dress. Flat patent leather shoes and flounce socks will give you the look of a doll. If you want to wear a headband, try to find one that is the same color as your shoes or dress.
