Step 1. Have a good nights sleep
Write a schedule and stick to it. Make sure you have time to prepare in the morning.
Step 2. Set more than one alarm
Set one 5 minutes before the time you need to get up so that you feel like you can get some more sleep, although this is not the case. If you are one of those who tend to procrastinate, ask a friend to push your alarm clock forward, without telling you how much.
Step 3. When you hear the alarm, think about all the wonderful things you have planned to do during the day
If you are a food enthusiast, plan your breakfast. If you love clothes, get up and get dressed.
Step 4. Get up
Once out of bed, don't back down. You would only feel tired and out of sorts.
Step 5. Take a shower
If you have the time, wake up with a shower. It will make you feel fresh and clean throughout the day, don't forget to wash your hair too.
Step 6. Have a fabulous breakfast
Plan enough time to have a proper breakfast and leave nothing on your plate. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so enjoy it.
Step 7. Get out of the house
Set an exit time and stick to it. Aim to be early instead of on time. This way you will have time to do more and avoid having to run from place to place.
