Steps
Step 1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients and keep them close at hand
Make sure you have every item required by the recipe.
Step 2. Heat the pan on the stove and add the extra virgin olive oil
Step 3. Meanwhile, quickly chop the onion, garlic, carrots and tomatoes on the cutting board
Cut all your ingredients into small pieces so that they can blend evenly on the plate
Step 4. Open the package of noodles and break them into equal sized pieces (not too small)
This will allow you to obtain a more even cooking.
Step 5. The noodles should appear almost crumbled, as in the image
Step 6. When the oil is hot enough, pour the chopped vegetables into the pan
