Ingrediants
- 450 g of noodles or linguine
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce
- Salt and Pepper To Taste.
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Steps
Step 1. Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt and bring it to a boil
When it starts to boil, drop the pasta and cook it al dente.
Step 2. Drain the pasta and shake the colander to remove excess water
Step 3. Melt the butter completely in a wok over medium-high heat
Step 4. Incorporate the garlic and sauté until it begins to give off its distinctive scent
Step 5. Incorporate the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and sugar
Stir with a wooden spoon until everything is mixed well.
Step 6. Season the pasta with salt and pepper
Step 7. Remove the pasta from the heat
Step 8. Add the sesame oil and stir
Step 9. Serve the pasta
Distribute the noodles or linguine between the bowls you intend to bring to the table. Garnish each bowl by sprinkling a handful of sesame seeds over the hot pasta. Enjoy your meal!
Advice
- For best results, use homemade rather than packaged teriyaki sauce.
- Try garnishing the pasta with a pinch of chopped parsley to flavor it even more.
