Method 1 of 3: Using GIFwrapped on an iPhone or iPad

Step 1. Install GIFwrapped on your iPhone or iPad

This is a very popular and free application that converts Twitter GIFs into a downloadable format. Here's how to get it:

• Open the App Store

• Click on Search in the bottom right corner;
• Type gifwrapped in the search bar and click on Search;
• Click on Get next to "Gifwrapped". The application icon is black, with a white and green gift box inside;
• Follow the on-screen instructions to download the application.

Step 2. Open the Twitter application

The icon depicts a white bird on a light blue background. It is usually found on the Home screen or in a folder.

Step 3. Scroll to the-g.webp" />

These animated images appear as if they were video thumbnails, but with "GIF" in the lower left corner.

Step 4. Click on the-g.webp" />

A series of icons will appear below.

Step 5. Click on the "Share" icon

It represents a curly bracket ([) positioned horizontally with an arrow pointing up and located in the lower right corner of the GIF. A menu will open.

Step 6. Select Share Tweet via…

This option is found at the bottom of the menu. This will open the sharing menu.

Step 7. Select Copy link

It's the second option in the bottom row of sharing tools. You will see a message that says "Copied".

Step 8. Go back to the Home screen and open GIFwrapped

The icon looks like a white and green gift box. After installation, it is added to the Home screen, so it is probably at the end of the icon list.

It's the second icon at the bottom of the GIFwrapped screen.

Step 10. Click on Clipboard

This option is located at the top of the screen. After a couple of seconds, you will see a preview of the GIF.

It is located in the upper right corner of the screen. A menu with various sharing options will appear.

This is a free and highly reviewed application that converts Twitter GIFs into a downloadable format. Here's how to get it:

• Select Tweet-g.webp" />
• Click on Install. The application icon will be added to the app menu.

Step 2. Go back to the Home screen and open Twitter

The icon features a white bird on a light blue background and is usually found in the application menu.

GIFs appear as if they were video thumbnails, but with the word "GIF" in the lower left corner.

Step 4. Select the GIF

An enlarged version will appear with various icons underneath.

Step 1. Visit Twitter using a browser

To download a GIF, you can use any browser you have installed on your computer, such as Chrome or Safari.

Step 2. Scroll to the-g.webp" />

Step 3. Click the play button
