This wikiHow teaches you how to change the name Siri uses to address you on iPhone and iPad or on Mac.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: iPhone and iPad
Step 1. Launch the Contacts app
It features a phone book-like icon paired with a stylized human silhouette.
Step 2. Press the + button
It is located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 3. Enter the name you want to use
Step 4. Press the Finish button
Step 5. Press the Home button to return to the device's Home screen
Step 6. Launch the Settings app
It has a gray gear icon. Normally, it is placed on the Home of the device.
If the app is not visible on the device Home, check inside the folder Utility.
Step 7. Scroll down the appeared menu to be able to select the Siri option
It is displayed within the third group of menu options.
Step 8. Choose the My Info option
Step 9. Select the name you want to use from the contact list
At this point, Siri will use the name you indicated in the contact list to refer to you.
Method 2 of 2: Mac
Step 1. Launch the Contacts app
It features a phone book icon and is normally visible on the System Dock located at the bottom of the screen.
If the Contacts app is not present on the Mac Dock, click on the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the screen, type in the keyword "Contacts", then click on the icon Contacts which will appear in the list of results.
Step 2. Click on the + button
It is located in the lower left corner of the "Contacts" window.
Step 3. Enter the first and last name you want to use
Step 4. Click the Finish button
Step 5. Click on the Tabs menu
It is located on the menu bar visible at the top of the screen.
Step 6. Click on the Set as Personal Card option
This will change the name of your Contacts app card. Siri, like all other Mac apps, will use the new contact information to contact you.
