Steps
Step 1. Grab a piece of paper and a pen, or rather a small notebook
Step 2. Start by adding the date to the top left of the sheet, then underline it neatly
On the right side you can write down the times.
Step 3. Grab a second sheet and make a list of the things you need to do for the day
Step 4. Write down the activities in order of importance
Step 5. Add your morning awakening time to your agenda page
Step 6. Describe in several lines the activities that you will have to carry out before you can be defined ready, for example:

Step 8. 06: 10- Making the bed
Step 9. Go to the next step
Now that you have described the activities needed to be ready to start your day, complete your list by adding to-dos. Do it following the same organizational scheme.
Step 10. Be balanced
If you have a lot of time at your disposal, intersperse your commitments with some fun and enjoyable activities, balancing your day with the right amount of duty and pleasure.
Step 11. Finish by adding the most relaxing appointments of the day
Gradually you will arrive at the evening, so describe the activities necessary to get you ready for a good sleep. Do it respecting the scheme used up to now, writing for example:
Step 12. 22: 30- Put on your pajamas
Step 13. 22: 33- Brush your teeth
