This article explains how to select multiple files on Google Drive and save copies of them in a predetermined folder using an Android device.
Steps
Step 1. Open the Google Drive application on Android
The icon is represented by a colored triangle and you can find it in the app menu.
If login doesn't happen automatically, enter your email address and password to log into Google Drive
Step 2. Tap and hold a file
This will select it and a blue check mark will appear on the icon.
Step 3. Tap and select all the files you want to copy
All selected files will have a blue check mark. You can select as many as you want.
Step 4. Tap the three dots icon
It is located in the toolbar at the top of the screen and allows you to open a pop-up menu.
Step 5. Select Send Copy on the menu
This will open a new pop-up window that will allow you to select an application to share the selected files.
Step 6. Select Save to Drive
This option will allow you to copy all selected files and save a copy of each to your Google Drive storage.
Step 7. Tap the email address in the "Account" section
This option allows you to select a different email address if you want to save the copied files to another account associated with Drive.
Step 8. Tap the folder name in the "Folder" section
This option allows you to change the destination folder of the copied files if you want to save them in a folder other than the default one.
Step 9. Tap the blue Save button
It is located in the bottom right corner. The selected files will be copied and the copies will be saved in the chosen destination folder.
