Steps
Step 1. Click on "Start" and select "Run"
Step 2. Type "regedit" (without the quotes)
Step 3. Double click on KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE or click on the "+" sign
Step 4. Click on "Software"
Step 5. Click on "Microsoft"
Step 6. Click on "Windows NT"
Step 7. Click on "CurrentVersion"
Step 8. Now select the "WPAEvents" option
Step 9. Right click on OOBETimer and select "Modify"
Step 10. Remove all values of the "value data box" in the "Edit Binary Value" window
Click "OK" and close the Registry Editor.
Step 11. Go back to "Run" and type the following command without the quotes:
"% systemroot% / system32 / oobe / msoobe.exe / a".
Step 12. Choose the second option in the Windows Activation wizard

Step 16. After deleting the value of "WPATimer" in "Regedit", right click on "WPAEvents"
