It is undoubtedly special to receive a handwritten letter instead of a usual message or email. If you want to send one to your best friend, this will make him realize that you love him so much that he has taken the time to write carefully and reflect on what you intend to communicate. So, grab a pen and paper and give it a try!
Steps
Part 1 of 3: Choosing Stationery Items
Step 1. Get a clean, quality paper
You can use fine paper with decorated edges, but you can also tear a lined sheet of paper from a notebook, especially if you have trouble writing straight and neat.
When letter writing kits were particularly popular and popular, many contained paper pads with a lined sheet. It could be placed under the sheet on which you wrote, as it served as a guide for the blank pages. You can reproduce this tool by placing a classic lined paper (sufficiently transparent) under that of the letter
Step 2. Choose a nice envelope
The letter will not be complete until you put it in the appropriate envelope, writing your best friend's name on the front.
If you are going to send it by post, use an envelope suitable for this purpose
Part 2 of 3: Writing the Letter
Step 1. Write the date at the top
This way, your friend will remember the occasion he received the letter.
Step 2. Start by writing:
“Dear (recipient's name),”.
Step 3. Start by asking him how he's doing, then continue writing down whatever you want
You can talk about what's happening to you and your emotions, or tell him you hope he's okay. Another possibility is to come up with ideas on what you could do together in the future. The choice is up to you: let the words flow from the pen.
Step 4. Write as much as you like
However, if your friend doesn't like reading so much, it's thoughtful to keep the letter short.
You can use more than one sheet if needed
Step 5. Add decorations
If you like to draw or decorate, you can give it a thought. For example, you could draw small pictures, such as one of you and the recipient. Otherwise, draw little hearts and flowers. It's up to you to determine the overall writing and creation of the letter - what do you think your friend likes? Would you prefer it simple? Then just write. Shiny? Add glitter. Decorative? Paste stickers and stickers.
Stamps can add an interesting touch to a letter
Step 6. Conclude with “I love you”, “I send you a greeting” or “I hope to hear from you soon”
Write your name, perhaps adding a flower or a squiggle.
Step 7. If necessary, add a "P. S
or write“Kisses and hugs.”The Post Scriptum is used to insert the thoughts you forgot to write in the letter.
Step 8. If you want to impress your friend, perfume the letter so that it becomes intoxicating when you open the envelope
Take a bottle of perfume and place it 30 cm away, in front of the paper. Spray the page a few times, but don't get it wet! One touch is enough.
Part 3 of 3: Insert the Letter into the Envelope
Step 1. Carefully fold the paper into four parts
Tip: If you are writing to him for his birthday, wishing him a good recovery, thanking him, congratulating him or on his anniversary, then lay some money on the paper before folding it. It is a very generous and caring gift.
Step 2. Enter the recipient's name
Usually it should be done in the center of the envelope.
Step 3. If you are going to mail it:
- Under the recipient's name, write the address. Add the postcode on the next line, while below you should write the city, province and country (if necessary). Try to do this in a precise and legible way.
-
Carefully attach a stamp in the upper right corner. If it's a special occasion, choose a nice one.
- On the triangular flap of the envelope, which is on the back, write your address: it will be useful if the letter is returned to you.
Step 4. Put the letter into the envelope carefully
Remove the self-adhesive closure and fold the triangular flap. Flatten any lumps.
Step 5. Deliver it by hand or send it using the postal service
Put it in a mailbox and wait for it to arrive! Otherwise, you can put it in the hole in his house as you pass.
