Palak Paneer is one of the most popular dishes in Indian restaurants around the world. Made with spinach, paneer cheese (young and sour) and a blend of spices, this recipe is delicious and easy to make.

Ingrediants
- 3 bunches of Spinach, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of Ginger
- 3-4 Green Chillies
- 240 ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 1 tablespoon of Garam Masala
- 1 tablespoon of Fenugreek Leaves
- 450 g Paneer, cut into cubes
- 2 large tomatoes (finely chopped)
Steps
Step 1. Wash the spinach
Spinach grows on the ground, so wash the leaves carefully.
Step 2. Cook the spinach and green chillies in boiling water for 10 minutes
Then let them cool and cut them finely. Toast the fenugreek in a pan for about 30 seconds, being careful not to burn it. Let it cool, then crumble it between your palms.
Step 3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the ginger
Step 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté them
Stir in the finely chopped spinach and green chillies. Add fenugreek, milk, garam masala spice mix, cream, and diced paneer. Season with salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5. If you wish, add 1 tablespoon of butter before serving
Step 6. Serve the palak paneer hot and accompany the dish with Indian bread:
parathas or naan.
