- 600 ml of milk

Mexican Style Hot Chocolate
- 350 ml of Evaporated Milk
- 4 teaspoons of cinnamon powder

- 60 g of semi-bitter chocolate chips

Steps
Method 1 of 4: Simple Hot Chocolate
Step 1. Prepare the cocoa blend
In a bowl, combine 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar. Mix and blend the two ingredients.
Step 2. Pour 180ml of water into a second bowl or cup
Make sure it can be used in the microwave.
Step 3. Heat the water in the microwave using high power
Heat it for 1 1/2 minutes or until it begins to boil.
Step 4. Pour the hot water over the cocoa mixture
