Building a bow and arrows in Minecraft allows you to support your friends and fight enemies from a comfortable distance. Attacking with bows is fun and building them is relatively simple. Method 1 of 2: Method 1: Building an Arch
Step 1. Build or find a workbench
The workbenches can be built by placing a block of raw wood in the 2x2 construction grid of the inventory, obtaining 4 wooden planks, placing the 4 planks in turn in all the boxes of the grid and taking the workbench from the box of output.
- The workbenches must then be placed on the ground to be used. By right clicking on it, a 3x3 construction grid appears in which you can build almost any object in the game.
- It is also possible to find workbenches already built in the houses of the villages.
Step 2. Get the materials you need
To build a bow, you will need:

3 sticks.
- To build the sticks, you need two wooden planks.
- To build the wooden planks, you need raw wood.

3 cords.
- You can get the strings by killing the spiders. Once killed, the spiders drop 0 to 2 strings on the ground, so you will have to kill more than one spider to get all the material you need.
- You can also get strings by searching for spider webs in abandoned mines and destroying them with shears or a sword.

Place them in the following triangular arrangement to begin building the arch:
- In the top row of the bench construction grid, place a stick in the center box.
- In the middle row of the grid, place a stick in the right-hand box.

Method 2 of 2: Method 2: Constructing Arrows

To make arrows, you will need:

1 stick.
The sticks are obtained by transforming the raw wood into wooden planks, and the wooden planks into sticks

1 flint fragment.
Flint can be obtained by digging the gravel. When destroying a block of gravel (preferably using a shovel), there is a 10% chance of getting a flint chip instead of the gravel block

1 feather.

Place them in the following arrangement to construct an arrow:
- In the top row of the bench construction grid, place a flint shard in the center box.
- In the middle row of the construction grid, place a stick in the center box.
- On the bottom row of the construction grid, place a feather in the center box.

Advice
- You can change the game difficulty to "peaceful" or activate the bonus chest on map creation to obtain materials more quickly.
- You can also get bows from some hostile monsters. When night falls, look for a skeleton, kill it and check what it dropped on the ground. Sometimes, you may find a bow (rarely an enchanted one) that you can collect. Usually, these arches are quite damaged.
Warnings
- Attacking while a spider is jumping is an effective tactic.
- Be careful when trying to kill spiders. Although they are large, they are very fast and can climb with ease. Be careful and don't get killed.
