Yahoo! is a very popular site that offers a lot of content and features: emails, news, Answers, articles and so on. As with many other search engines, Yahoo! saves the searches made, so that you can easily retrieve the recent history. However, from time to time it is normal for you to want to remove this information. You can delete your search history using the Yahoo! for desktop or mobile.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Desktop
Step 1. Visit
search.yahoo.com/history. You can also do a search on Yahoo !, hover your mouse cursor over the gear icon in the top right corner and select "Search History".
Step 2. Log into your account
This step is not strictly necessary. If you are not logged in, you will see all searches made while you were not logged in. To see the searches associated with your account, click on the "Login" button in the upper right corner.
Step 3. Delete a single search by clicking on the garbage can button
Each research carried out has this button on the right side.
Step 4. Delete the entire search history by clicking on the "Clear History" button
You will be asked to confirm if you want to delete the entire history.
Step 5. Avoid future detections by clicking on the "Turn off history" button
Yahoo! it will stop saving the search history.
Step 6. Log in to the other accounts in which you want to delete the history
Yahoo! save your search history separately for each account. It also saves the history of browsing sessions carried out without having logged in. Be sure to check all the activities you have done in case you want to completely get rid of your footprint.
Method 2 of 2: Mobile Devices
Step 1. Log in to your Yahoo
