This article explains how to use the Facebook "Register" function on the application or website.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Mobile
Step 1. Open the Facebook application
The icon looks like a white F on a blue background.
Step 2. Tap What are you thinking about?
It is located at the top of the screen.
Step 3. Tap Register
It can be found in the list of options at the bottom of the screen.
If prompted, authorize Facebook to use your location
Step 4. Tap a location
Choose the place where you want to register. If it's not in the list, tap the "Search Places" field at the top of the screen and start typing the name of the place. Once it appears, tap on it.
If the place you want to register is not in the Facebook database, you will be prompted to add it. To do this, tap the blue "+" below the search bar and follow the directions that appear on the screen
Step 5. Tap below the profile photo, where the question “What are you thinking about?
. The keyboard will open.
Step 6. Write a comment, which will be added to your registration
If you want to add friends, tap "Tag Friends" at the bottom of the screen, then tap people's names. If you don't see them, tap the "Search" field at the top of the screen and start typing one. Once it appears, tap on it. Tagged all friends, tap "Done" at the top right
Step 7. Tap Publish in the top right
In this way you will have registered on Facebook.
Method 2 of 2: Desktop
Step 1. Log into Facebook in a browser
Step 2. Click What are you thinking about?
at the top of the screen.
Step 3. Click on the "Register" icon
It depicts a token that looks like an inverted drop containing a circle and is under the question "What are you thinking about?".
Step 4. Click Where Are You?
A list of the places you have registered will appear in a drop-down menu. If you see what interests you, click on it
Step 5. Start typing the name of the place you want to register
Step 6. Click on the spot when it appears
Step 7. Click What are you thinking about?
Step 8. Write a comment to add to the recording
If you want to add friends to the registration, click on the "Tag Friends" icon. It features a human silhouette flanked by a label and is at the bottom of the dialog box. Start writing each person's name. When it appears, click on it. Repeat with all the friends you want to tag
Step 9. Click Publish in the dialog box
This way you will register on Facebook.
