EBay sellers can be found using the website's advanced search function. There are currently three methods to search for one: by user ID, subject number or email address.

Steps

Method 1 of 3: User ID

Step 1. Open eBay and click on "Advanced" at the top right, next to the search button

This allows you to view the advanced search menu.

Step 2. Click on "By Seller" in the left sidebar

Step 3. Enter the seller's user ID in the search box, then click "Search"

A list of items offered by the seller in question will be displayed.

Step 4. Click on the Seller User ID that appears to the right of "Items Sold By"

The seller's profile will appear on the screen and at the top right you will find the link to see their contact details.

Method 2 of 3: Item Number

Step 2. Click on "By Item Number" in the left sidebar

Step 3. Enter the number of the item sold by the eBay user you are looking for

This method helps you find a seller's profile based on the items they sell.

Step 4. Click on "Search"

The item and the seller's user ID will be shown on the screen.

Step 5. Click on the seller's user ID, located to the right of the listing, under the title "Seller Information"

This way you will be able to see his eBay profile. At the top right of the landing page you will also see the link to access their contact details.

Method 3 of 3: Seller's Email Address

Step 1. Open eBay and click on "Advanced" at the top right, next to the search button
