This article shows you how to share a Facebook business page or fan page with your friends using an Android device. The page can be shared using the Diary, sending it to your contacts via private message, inviting your friends to "like" or by copying the link and sharing it on another application.
Steps
Step 1. Open Facebook on your device
Find and tap the white "f" icon in a blue square to open Facebook. You can find it in the application menu.
Step 2. Tap the search field at the top of the screen
This will allow you to write the name of the page you want to share and find it.
Step 3. Enter the name of the page you want to share
Type the page name in the search bar and tap the icon
in the lower right corner of the keyboard. Relevant results will appear on a new page.
Step 4. Tap the page you want to share
Identify in the search results and tap on their name or image to open it.
Step 5. Tap the ⋮ icon
This button is located in the upper right corner. A menu will appear from the bottom of the screen with all available options.
Step 6. Tap Share in the menu
Another one will open with all the sharing options available.
Step 7. Select a sharing method
Options include "Share to your diary", "Send a message", "Invite your friends", "Copy link" and "More".
- Tap "Share on your diary" if you want to share the page on your diary by means of a post;
- Tap "Send a message" if you want to send the page link to another user via private message;
- Tap "Invite friends" if you want to select and invite your friends to "like";
- Tap "Copy link" if you want to copy the page URL and share it later on another platform;
- Tap "More options" if you want to select a different app to share the page.
