This wikiHow teaches you how to prevent your phone number, location or name from appearing on a contact's screen when you make a phone call using a Samsung Galaxy.
Steps
Step 1. Open the "Phone" application on your device
The icon of this application has a white telephone handset in a green box and is located in the application menu. The list of your recent calls will open.
Step 2. Click on the icon with three vertical dots
This button is located in the upper right corner of the screen and allows you to open a drop-down menu.
Step 3. Click on More options in the drop-down menu
Step 4. Select Settings
This will open a page titled "Call Settings".
Step 5. Scroll down and select More Settings
Step 6. Select Caller ID
This option allows you to hide or show your phone number on all calls you forward.
Step 7. Select Hide number
This option will allow you to hide your number in all forwarded phone calls. Your number, your location and your name will never appear on the screen of the contact who will receive the call.
