Step 1. Practice good posture
If you typically have a slouchy gait or sit in a chair all day, this may take some control. However, keep in mind that good posture is among the most important things for looking more confident.
- Stand as straight as you can.
- Try to push your shoulder blades slightly back and down.
Step 2. Raise your chin
It is not necessary to stare at the ceiling, but by keeping your head up, you will give the impression that you are awake and proud of yourself.
Step 3. Free your hands
