Do you want to be the most beautiful girl in school or in your group of friends? Here is a plan you can implement to become gorgeous.
Steps
Step 1. Face
If you suffer from acne, run for cover right away. To be beautiful, your face should be clean, radiant and acne-free, just so you can be truly gorgeous. However, this is not always possible. Even some beautiful girls certainly don't have the best skin in the world. However, being aware of this cannot stop you in your quest for flawless skin. You should have a specific routine every morning and evening. Rinse your face with warm or hot water to open the pores. Use a cleanser suitable for your skin type and massage it into your face for about a minute, focusing on the areas affected by acne. Then, rinse it off with the coldest water you can handle. Pat your skin dry and apply an astringent or toner all over your face. Let it dry for a couple of seconds. Spread the moisturizer evenly. Use any medications or treatments prescribed by the dermatologist. Every other day, gently exfoliate your skin (and lips) with a scrub or exfoliant. Apply petroleum jelly or lip balm before going to sleep, do it every night. Upon awakening you will find yourself with smooth and soft lips. During the day, always applying a lip balm is recommended so as not to have them dry, cracked or cracked. Finally, if you have discoloration, remedy the problem. In case you have dark spots, consult a dermatologist. Try softening dark circles with a fresh eye contour (try one with a metal ball, like those from Garnier). Do you have freckles? Rejoice! Globally, only 2% of people have them.
Step 2. Hygiene
You should take a shower every day. As you wash, exfoliate your skin with a scrub or loofah. This will help remove dead skin cells and give you glowing, smooth and soft skin. You should also shave every other day. In Western society, shaving the armpits, legs, bikini area, and sometimes arms is considered hygienic. Use a good razor, like the ones from Venus. Trim your eyebrows when needed. People don't particularly like eyebrows that resemble those of a gorilla. Once you have them tidied up, the other girls will be inspired by you. If you have very thin eyebrows, take a special eyebrow pencil and fill them in. After a shower or bath, hydrate yourself. You never run the risk of overdoing it. Apply a lotion before it is three minutes after you get out of the shower or bath so your skin won't dry out. In addition, in order not to have bad smells in the armpits or in any other area of the body, spray some deodorant (or an antiperspirant if you sweat) and perfume, which must be applied to "hot spots", such as the neck, wrists, crook of elbows and knees, etc. It will seem obvious what we are about to tell you, but remember to brush your teeth well. Don't infect anyone with bad breath, so when you brush your teeth, clean your tongue, gums and the inside of your cheeks as well. If your teeth appear yellowish, whiten them using home remedies, visiting a dentist, purchasing dental products, etc. You should always use dental floss and mouthwash after brushing your teeth. Are you wearing the retainer? Wash it every day. If you are wearing your appliance, take extra care when cleaning it. Also make sure you wash your hands every time you use the bathroom - many don't!
Step 3. If necessary, take supplements every day
In case you are very thin, you should do it all the more reason! They provide you with all the minerals, nutrients and vitamins you need on a daily basis. The intake depends completely on the various people, but taking them in the evening allows the substances to be absorbed while you sleep. You can ask your doctor for clarification to find out more.
Step 4. Try to sleep regularly
You will look 10 times better and you will definitely feel great doing this. This doesn't mean you have to sleep with the chickens. However, if you fall asleep at 10pm and get up at 6am, you can sleep for a full eight hours! In fact, you should rest for eight to nine hours. However, some people can't sleep for more than seven hours, while others need 10. It all depends on your body, eventually you will figure out what amount of sleep is right for you. Don't get upset on the weekend. Don't go to sleep at a different time than usual (for example, avoid falling asleep at 1:00 am). It's not the best to wake up with red, swollen eyes and tired, dull skin. Sleep is a beauty cure!
Step 5. Hair
To be beautiful, you can wear your hair however you like, but you have to take care of it and make sure it is always on top. Wash them according to your needs. Whatever type of hair you have, it is better to wash your hair two or three times a week at the most, some girls do it even every seven days. In fact, you shouldn't shampoo daily, as this will cause your hair to lose its natural sebum. If you have short hair, you can take inspiration from Rihanna's or Victoria Beckham's hairstyles, while if it's long (it goes to the shoulders or goes over it), you could take a cue from Kim Kardashian or Beyoncé. To change the look, hair can be straightened, waved, curled or braided, but it should be shiny anyway. You shouldn't have dull, frizzy hair. To do this, find the products that are right for you. Try those from Garnier Fructis or TRESemmé. Will you style them using heat? First, apply a heat shield so you don't find yourself full of split ends. It would be better to let them air dry than with a hairdryer, this way you will avoid harmful tools as much as possible. Don't smooth them out every day. This causes split ends and numerous heat damage. The consequences are not worth it. Here are some tools that might come in handy, but use them sparingly: straighteners (for days when you want spaghetti straight hair), curling irons (for days when you want soft waves or chunky, glamorous curls; however you can use even the straightener to achieve this) and hairdryer (when you don't have time and can't let them air dry). Whatever you do, never go to school with your hair tousled!
Step 6. Health
Start exercising. You should be moving for at least 30 minutes a day, five to six times a week. Include yoga, cycling, running (two to three kilometers), weight lifting (do it for half an hour), and dancing (you can even dance indoors to your favorite songs). Then, let's move on to the diet. You don't have to starve. Every day, consume fruit and vegetables and drink at least eight glasses of water - it will do you good.
Step 7. Makeup
This will be one of the shortest steps. As a teenager, you don't need a lot of makeup to look beautiful. Apply concealer to any imperfections. Reserve the foundation for special occasions, also because almost all of them clog the pores. Apply a black or brown pencil under the lower lashline and a peach-colored pencil in the inner rim of the eye. The look will appear brighter and more awake. Apply a swipe or two of volumizing mascara after curling your lashes. Add some lip balm and / or gloss and you are ready to go out! Aim for a natural effect.
Step 8. Interiority
To be beautiful on the outside, you must also be beautiful on the inside. You need to be sociable, relaxed, fun, bold, down-to-earth, humble, intelligent, friendly, and diligent. Respect everyone you meet, even if they're not particularly nice. Try not to make enemies and think before opening your mouth. Use the teachings that your parents passed on to you. If you are sexually active, protect yourself with a condom, taking the pill, etc. Alternate the weekends dedicated to your friends to those dedicated to your family. Live life to the fullest and always aim high. Read as often as possible and try to shine in school. You may not have an average of 10, but you can work hard. Above all, be yourself. It sounds like a cliché, but if you can truly understand who you are, your life will be amazing!
