Here is a feint you can try in a football match to discard the goalkeeper or another defender. In this article, you will learn how to perform the three-finger feint to perfection to deceive your opponents and possibly score a goal.
Steps
Step 1. First, you will need to get to know the ball - its size and weight
Step 2. Now pretend to kick the ball
When your foot makes contact with it, use it to bring it back towards you. Use this technique to fool a defender or goalkeeper.
Step 3. Start dribbling
Roll your foot from one side of the ball to the other while controlling it with the inside or outside. Then perform the reverse movement while your opponent is confused. If you start on the inside of the ball you will finish on the outside and vice versa. If you train enough you can do this technique with your foot under the ball and not on top.
Step 4. This is an easy feint
Remember that if you kick with your left foot, that foot will end up on the right side of the ball. Then you will have to kick with your right foot with your left leg crossed in front. Of course, you can reverse the directions to kick with the other foot.
Step 5. This feint is particularly useful for overtaking a goalkeeper
Pretend to kick in front of you but instead kick with the last three toes: the second, third and fourth toes. If you do the technique correctly, the ball will move sideways 45 degrees to the side of the foot you used.
