Do you lack the right motivation before a game? Maybe you are just tired? Here is something to do to resuscitate the situation. Follow these steps …
Steps
Step 1. Breathe slowly
Breathe deeply to relax the muscles with the necessary oxygen. This is just a small aspect that people often forget. It's easy to do, just inhale with your nose and exhale with your mouth.
Step 2. Eat something
Eat something in small doses that is high in nutrients, proteins, carbohydrates and a few calories. You can consume honey, which is quickly absorbed into the blood and relieves the symptoms of fatigue and disorientation. You can consume some almonds or walnuts, some eggs, oatmeal, a banana or an energy bar.
Step 3. Keep your body hydrated
People often make the mistake of not getting enough hydration. Dehydration causes fatigue and a lack of motivation. All chemical reactions take place in the presence of water. DO NOT drink too much water before a game or you will get stomach cramps.
Step 4. Listen to good music
Grab your iPod and listen to something that inspires you, like rock or rap.
Step 5. Think like this match is part of the league
So psychologically how you play will suddenly matter.
Step 6. Get a little angry before you go out on the pitch
You have more reasons to win if you are angry with them. And you will try at all costs to do so. And even if you find yourself rehearsing with a team, you will try to do what you can to play your best.
Step 7. Find a way to gas the whole team in order to play together for the collective victory
A united team, singing together and shouting intimidates the opposing team.
Step 8. Think "you can do whatever you believe in"
If you believe in yourself you will be invincible. When the team believes in itself and believes it will win, nothing can stop it.
