According to the geopathic stress theory, the Earth emits an energy produced by its electromagnetic field at a frequency of approximately 7.83 Hz (Schumann resonance). Although there is no scientific evidence, the basic concept is based on the fact that such energy exerts a strong influence on human health. Problems arise when distortions from underground streams, sewers, waterways, power lines, tunnels, mineral concentrations and tectonic plates can produce imbalances in the Earth's natural energy. Those who support this theory believe that "geopathic stress" and other types of electromagnetic pollution are the cause of diseases and conditions, including fatigue, depression, sleep disturbances, diabetes and cancer. Do you have to worry? Probably not. However, some people think it is possible to identify and eliminate the distortions that generate geopathic stress.
Steps
Part 1 of 2: Identifying Where the Distortions Are Focused
Step 1. Think about what kind of geopathic stress you are suffering from
Start wondering what kind of stress you are under. Is there a stream near the house? Are there any lines of earth energy crossing in the dining room creating a strong distortion? Try to be specific, as this could affect the solution you are going to adopt.
- You will likely have to consider several energy sources at the same time. For example, the distortion caused by an underground stream could cross with the force of a fault or vortex and amplify it.
- Also, keep in mind that energy sources can be cyclical rather than constant. If your energies and health conditions vary throughout the year, it could indicate a distortion - for example, caused by a seasonal underground stream flowing under your home.
Step 2. Use a divining rod
It is thought that dowsing allows you to discover underground streams, minerals or other objects through the use of an instrument, such as a rod, a pendulum or a V-shaped rod, to be held in front. As soon as you get over a water channel or the desired object, the wand points to the ground. Although dowsing has no scientific basis, some people strongly believe that the attraction of the rod to the ground depends on electromagnetic fields. Try this experiment or ask a professional to find out if there are sources of energy distortion in your vicinity.
- For this you will need a wand or a V-shaped rod. Even a simple cane will do. Start by holding the instrument in front, at your height. Then start walking slowly around the area where you suspect there is a sprain. The wand will be attracted to the ground as you pass this area.
- You can also use a pendulum or two rods that cross when you locate an object or the presence of water.
Step 3. Use a compass
Some people believe that the compass is also effective for detecting electromagnetic distortions. To use this method, hold it in your hand and turn around until the needle points north. Then, move it to where you suspect the distortion. When stirred, the needle warns you of all energy distortions.
Since it is difficult to keep the compass steady, it is best to use this method in small areas, such as that of the bed, sofa or chair
Step 4. Observe the behavior of pets or other animals
Baron Gustav von Pohl, a nineteenth-century German geomancer, made a sensational discovery: cats, dogs, insects and other animals are naturally attracted to areas crossed by electromagnetic fields. Hence, one of the simplest ways to know if an area involves geopathic stress is to observe the behavior of animals. Pay attention to this clue.
- For example, cats sleep on these spots. If you are outdoors, pay attention to honeycombs, crawl spaces or anthills.
- Another good clue to detecting a distortion is the excessive presence of snails, snails, other insects or parasites. In addition, many of them dig along the jamming fields.
Part 2 of 2: Protect yourself from distortions
Step 1. Tidy up the space you live in
You will likely be unknowingly exposed to geopathic stress. A sprain could be located under the bed, dining table, bathtub, or chair you normally use. If you have identified a problem, arrange the furniture to avoid spending too much time on or near the point where a distortion occurs.
It may also be that the distortion covers a larger area. If you do not have the ability to change the position of the bed or other furniture so that they are away from the electromagnetic lines that cause stress, you will need to consider other solutions, such as equipment to neutralize the distortion or correct the energy field
Step 2. Use Feng Shui to organize your home
The Chinese art of Feng Shui studies the interaction between man and his environment. It allows to intervene on the energy fields in order to improve life. Learn about its principles and apply them in the spaces you live in.
Although there is no scientific basis, some people believe they can manage geopathic stress problems thanks to Feng Shui, as they consider the resonance of the Earth as a unifying force between the (virtual) chi of Heaven and the (real) chi of Earth.. They are convinced that, by exploiting the principles of Schumann resonance, it is possible to make the remedies contemplated in the art of Feng Shui more effective
Step 3. Mount metal rods
A very simple method to block or neutralize energy imbalances is to place some metal rods in strategic points of the house or wherever a distortion of the electromagnetic field is suspected. It is necessary to verify the existence of these points by resorting to dowsing. For this method to work, you also need to know the lines in which the earth's energy runs.
The rods can be made of copper, brass or steel. Some people also believe that other objects can be used to direct the flow of Earth's energy elsewhere and eliminate distortions. This method, called "soil acupuncture," involves placing objects such as leaves, crystals, flowers or shells at strategic points
Step 4. Create a cork barrier
Some people think that oak is capable of developing a natural resistance to geopathic stress. In particular, they are convinced that oak bark is a very effective barrier. For example, to absorb the geopathic chaos, try placing cork tiles under the bed. You can do it yourself.
Please note that the cork barrier is not a lasting solution. This is just an obstacle. The distortions of the energy field will not disappear and, therefore, it will be necessary to eliminate them
Step 5. Buy a crystal
To protect yourself, buy a natural stone. Some people are firmly convinced that crystals have a healing and protective power so strong that they defend them from geopathic stress, stimulate the immune system and transform negative energies into positive forces by making the energy resonance act on the body and developing negative ions.
Quartz and shungite are very effective. Amethyst, zeolite and tourmaline are capable of generating negative ions from the moisture present in the air. Always carry your natural stone with you
Step 6. Eliminate other sources of electromagnetic pollution
The world is traversed by many sources of electromagnetic pollution that can increase geopathic stress. High voltage power lines, satellite towers, electrical cables and switches emit high and low frequency energy that is likely to increase geopathic stress, as do everyday items such as microwaves, cell phones and routers for wireless Internet connection. Try to reduce your exposure to these devices.
