Doing makeup is fun but it is possible to look good even without makeup, especially if you are not yet a teenager.
Steps
Method 1 of 4: Personal hygiene care
Step 1. Being fresh and clean is necessary to look beautiful
- Bathe or shower once a day, in the morning or before bed.
- If you take a shower in the morning but the bathroom is always busy at that time, wash yourself in the evening, or you will have to get ready quickly.
- Wash your hair when it gets dirty and always use conditioner to moisturize and detangle it.
- Use shampoos and conditioners that suit your hair type: don't choose just based on scent. On the market you will find everything: anti-frizz products, to give shine, smoothing, moisturizing, anti-dandruff, etc.
- Don't use too much product, or you will attack the hair.
Step 2. Moisturize your skin by drinking lots of water and with the right cream
- If you have oily skin, don't think that nourishing it is not important. Opt for a light gel.
- If you have dry skin, use a thicker cream.
Step 3. Wash your face in the morning and in the evening to remove dirt accumulated during the day and night
- Use a cleanser that is appropriate for your skin. Maybe choose a non-comedogenic one to keep your pores from clogging.
- If you have a lot of pimples, make an appointment with your dermatologist.
Method 2 of 4: Style
Step 1. Choose a haircut that fits your features:
it's amazing how a hairstyle can change a person's appearance.
- Ask the hairdresser for advice but remind her that you need an easily manageable hairstyle.
- If you have long hair, try climbing it or doing bangs.
Step 2. In the morning, prefer a body cream or scented water
Also wash yourself with a scented soap and use a deodorant you like
Step 3. Are you wearing the device?
Don't worry: think that when you take it off, you will have a perfect smile. Also, many are in the same situation as you.
- If you choose a colored one, opt for a pastel color.
- Avoid yellow and electric blue! They will make your teeth yellow.
Step 4. Make up (sometimes)
If you really want to wear makeup, do it for special occasions, such as going out to an elegant restaurant or a birthday.
Apply pastel eyeshadow, a touch of gloss and mascara
Method 3 of 4: Get dressed
Step 1. Wear cute clothes
Avoid items that are too baggy: buy pieces that are the right size.
- Follow the seasons; if it's summer, fill the wardrobe with floral prints and bright colors.
- If it's winter, wear warm, comfortable clothes.
Step 2. Light colors liven up outfits
- If you have dark hair, opt for light gray, blue and white.
- If you have blonde hair, avoid clothes that are too light and choose peach, pale pink, light green and yellow.
- Only wear clothes that make you feel comfortable, or they won't look good on you.
Step 3. Wear the colors that suit you:
you are unique and the outfits that enhance other girls may not necessarily favor you too.
- Choose blue, green and brown to highlight your eyes and pink to enhance your complexion.
- The colors you choose should suit your general colors (skin, hair, etc.). If you have red hair, green, whether it's lime or neon, will look fabulous.
- If your skin is yellowish, avoid orange and yellow.
- With black you can never go wrong and, moreover, it allows you to create sophisticated and mysterious looks.
Step 4. Have at least a pair of cute shoes (boots and brogues for the winter and sandals for the summer) that go with everything
A shoe for every season. Don't wear espadrilles in December or Uggs in July
Method 4 of 4: Personality
Step 1. The smile will be your most beautiful accessory
Of course, take care of your teeth.
If you don't have a toothbrush handy, chew gum, which will also save you from bad breath
Step 2. Be proud and confident:
- Head high and shoulders straight!
- Don't keep your hair on your face. Show your beauty!
Step 3. Don't criticize yourself:
we are all special and it is your flaws mixed with your strengths that make you inimitable.
- Don't copy anyone. Do you envy anyone? Think about why you would like to be like this person and mimic those characteristics to be more satisfied with yourself.
- Your strength also lies in the people who love you: your parents, your best friends, your pets, your teachers, etc.
Advice
- Drink lots of water - it will be good for your skin and your body in general.
- Bring a hairbrush with you or detangle it with your hands.
- Love yourself for who you are.
- A cheerful and sunny person is always pleasant.
- Never forget your positives - believe in them to encourage you to be yourself.
- Makeup isn't everything and it can't change who you are.
- If you get bad rumors about yourself, ignore them. People who judge have such low self-esteem that they need to belittle others to feel good about themselves.
- Feel good inside and out to spark self-esteem.
- If your teeth tend to be yellow, use whitening toothpaste and brush them for 6-8 minutes.
- The makeup should be dosed according to your age. Don't use it to disguise yourself. Rather, change what you want to hide.
- Place slices of avocado or cucumber on bags and dark circles.
- Don't the guy you're interested in like you? So? You don't know what you're missing while thinking about a person who doesn't deserve your attention!
- If you hate your eyebrows, contact a beautician to outline them as you prefer. Don't wreak havoc on your own with tweezers!
- If you are ashamed of your yellow teeth, don't show them too much. Maybe get a whitening treatment.
- Don't worry too much about your appearance: you're just a little girl and what matters is your freshness.
- Tell yourself that you are beautiful and think of other positive things as soon as you wake up and before you fall asleep.
- If you are overweight, join the gym but do not overdo the workout so as not to injure yourself. Eat better. Not interested in losing weight? Learn to value yourself with clothes: avoid those that are too tight or too loose. Buy something that falls softly.
- A tinted lip balm will light up your face and moisturize your lips.
- Do-it-yourself acne treatment is not recommended, because you will find yourself spending money on useless products and making the situation worse. Go to a dermatologist and find out what causes it. Sometimes, this disorder is caused by hormonal problems, such as polycystic ovary.
- If you wear glasses, choose a beautiful frame that combines with numerous outfits. Do you feel uncomfortable? Learn how to wear contact lenses.
- For the appliance, opt for colors such as green or blue, which will make the teeth appear whiter, or pastel colors, such as gray and light pink. Avoid light green, yellow or black, which would make your teeth appear dirty, as well as white and silver, which stain quickly.
- If you bring the appliance, clean it before going to school and chew a piece of gum.
- If you are underweight, go to the gym to build more muscle mass.
- Put a few drops of lemon juice in the conditioner: it will shine your hair. Don't use too much, or you may dry out.
- Rinse your hair with vinegar to make it brighter.
- If you have a pimple, let it dry overnight by applying a little toothpaste. It will not make it disappear but it will reduce it.
- If you wear make-up, remember to remove your make-up, otherwise the pores will clog up and blemishes will form.
- If you have various blemishes, make a baking soda and water mask. Let it sit for five minutes and rinse. Avoid applying it to your eyes and mouth. Baking soda is also excellent for whitening teeth.
- Crush a banana, spread it on the skin, leave it for 15 minutes and rinse it: you will hydrate the skin.
- Sleep well! Before going to bed, sip some herbal tea and sprinkle lavender spray on your pillow.
- Do not change to please others more: you will betray yourself and the people who love you for who you are.
- Don't swear in public, or others will think you are rude and disrespectful.
- Give sincere compliments and don't judge others.
- What others think matters little: in the end it is yourself that you have to deal with.
Warnings
- Deal with everyone the same way.
- Do not despair in the attempt to appear attractive.
- Smile when you like: don't pretend.
- Don't spend hours in front of the mirror obsessing over your flaws: focus on your strengths.
- Be aware of your beauty and feel comfortable in your own skin.
