Ingrediants
- Condensed milk
- Milk
- Cardamom seeds
- Saffron
Steps
Step 1. Pour half a can of condensed milk into a saucepan and add 250ml of liquid milk
Bring everything to the stove and heat the mixture over medium heat.
Step 2. When the milk starts to boil, reduce the heat

Keep stirring for about 10 minutes (or until the volume of the mixture reduces by 1/4).
Step 3. Remove the saucepan from the stove and add the crushed cardamom seeds to the liquid
Step 4. Add the saffron later
Step 5. Stir carefully to even out the color and incorporate the saffron
Serve the drink hot or cold.
Advice
- Keep stirring to prevent the milk from burning on the bottom of the pan.
- You can serve the drink cold or hot, but it's generally more popular cold.
- You can add a few pieces of cashews or almonds.
