Many women desire larger breasts to feel more feminine and sensual, while others suffer from the inability to properly "fill" their clothes. Whatever your reason for wanting bigger breasts, there's no need to go under the knife to get it. Save yourself the risks and economic costs of surgery and try these natural methods instead. Read on to find out how!
Steps
Method 1 of 3: Power
Step 1. Get some weight
If you can afford to gain a few pounds, it's a surefire way to naturally enlarge your breasts. Remember, however, that all women gain weight very differently; for some, the extra pounds go straight to the breasts, while for others, the hips and legs increase first.
- To gain weight healthily, increase your daily calorie intake but continue to eat healthy foods such as lean meats, fruits, vegetables and carbohydrates such as rice, bread and pasta.
- Avoid adding too much sugar or fat to your diet. These foods are sure to make you fat, but they are bad for your health in the long run.
- Continue with your normal exercise regimen; it won't stop you from gaining weight as long as you increase your nutrition.
Method 2 of 3: Exercise
The breasts are mainly made up of fatty tissue, and therefore will not grow with exercise. But sculpting the muscles just below your breasts can help make it look fuller and (as an added bonus) taller!
Step 1. Do push-ups
Take the push-up position with your hands shoulder-width apart on the floor. Make sure you keep your body straight and avoid dropping your hips. Slowly lower your body until you almost touch the floor with your face. Then use your arms to push yourself back to the starting position. Do 3 sets of 8.
Step 2. Try the modified push-ups
If you can't do more than a couple of regular pushups, try the modified version instead. Get into your normal push-up position, but keep your knees on the ground. Bend your elbows to lower your face towards the floor, then push yourself up again. Do 3 sets of 10.
Step 3. Make extensions
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Extend your arms to the sides of your body, holding a dumbbell in each hand. Keeping your arms straight, lift each dumbbell from the floor to the ceiling until they are almost touching. Slowly bring your arms back to the starting position, and repeat. Do 3 sets of 8.
Method 3 of 3: Visual Illusion
Step 1. Make sure you are using the right bra size
Many women have been wearing bras of the wrong size for years and, as a result, are not satisfied with the appearance of their breasts. Go to a lingerie store and ask one of the sales managers to take the measurements appropriately.
Step 2. Get a quality padded bra
A thin, flimsy bra can make even a D cup look small, while a bra that fits snugly will make an A cup look like a B or C. Plus, the extra padding will lift your breasts a little and create (or will exalt) the hollow between the breasts.
Step 3. Wear two bras at a time
This is a common trick among go-go dancers and other performers. Wearing one bra over the other can make your breasts 2-3 cups bigger without anyone knowing; just make sure the extra straps are not visible!
The best way to do this is to wear two bras of slightly different sizes, with the smaller one inside
Step 4. Put on fitted tops and dresses
Even larger breasts will disappear under loose, flowing clothing. If you want to accentuate your bust, then wear tighter clothes that accentuate your curves.
There is no need to have a plunging neckline to draw attention to your breasts. Fitted turtleneck t-shirts and sweaters can work too
Advice
- Don't underestimate the difference a bra can make. Try out many different types of bra and search various stores until you find one that offers the exact level of support and shape you want.
- It may be helpful to remind yourself from time to time that your neighbor's grass is always greener. Many women with busty breasts would like to have it smaller to fit into clothes easier and exercise with more ease and comfort. Talk to a friend who has the largest breasts and ask her opinion about it; you may be surprised at what you hear.
- Some women find that getting fit helps them feel better about their body in general, even if their breasts remain the same size. Ask yourself if there are no other, more accessible improvements you can make to increase your self-confidence, aside from increasing the size of your breasts.
