AirAsia is a Malaysia-based low-cost airline that offers domestic and international flights to more than 400 cities and 25 countries. It is the first Asian company to promote ticketless travel - all bookings and transactions are done online. Checking your flight details can be confusing if this is your first time booking a flight online, but with AirAsia it's easy to find the information you're looking for on the website or by calling the airline directly.

Method 1 of 2: Check Online Bookings
Step 1. Log in to the AirAsia website
Visit the official airline page and log in from the "My account" section. Enter the email and password you used to book the flight, or log in even faster using your Facebook profile.

Step 2. Create an account
If you booked a flight with AirAsia over the phone or on an affiliate site such as Expedia, you must sign up on the website before you can check your booking online. From the main page of the site, click on the "My Account" menu and select the "Sign Up Now" option. Enter the information you are asked for and select the language in which you want to receive updates, or sign up via Facebook to save time.
Once you have registered your account on the AirAsia website, you will be able to check your bookings and flight details as often as you wish, from any computer or mobile device
Step 3. Check your profile
Once logged into your account, you can visit the "My Bookings" page to view your booked flights, arrival and departure times, financial transactions and other bookings you have made along with your flights.
- From the AirAsia website, you can confirm reservations, select seats and track lost or delayed baggage.
- You can also change and cancel reservations from your account.
Step 4. Check your email
Alternatively, you can check your flight status and booking information through your personal email. Once you have booked a flight with AirAsia, you should receive a confirmation message containing your flight information and a link to your itinerary. Clicking on the link will open a document containing all the booking information.
The email summary also contains a list of everything you need to bring and need to know about your flight, such as travel laws, airline policies, boarding times and a reminder to bring your correct identification documents when you leave
Step 5. Print your booking information
Open the attachment contained in the email or select your flight information in the "My Bookings" section on the AirAsia website and print that page. You now have a physical copy of your booking details, which you can consult whenever you want.
- If you don't have a printer, copy the information that interests you by hand.
- You can also access the mobile version of the site with your smartphone and take a snapshot of the itinerary.
Method 2 of 2: Call AirAsia to Confirm the Reservation
Step 1. Call the company directly
AirAsia has many call centers operating in Asia, Australia and Europe, with staff ready to provide information and answers to travelers' questions. Visit the AirAsia website or search the company to find the phone number of the call center closest to you.

Step 2. Ask the AirAsia agent for your booking information
If you need assistance, operators are ready to share flight details and your profile. Ask for the information you need.
Before being able to receive the information over the phone, you will be asked to provide your flight number or proof of your identity
Step 3. Change or cancel your flight over the phone
Tell the agent you are talking to about the changes or cancellations they need to make. In many cases, the airline can handle the changes directly over the phone.
Ask the agent to confirm the status of the flight you have booked, so that there are no surprises at the time of departure
Step 4. Write the information
Take note of the most important details, such as flight number, departure time, gate number and seat reservation, so that you don't have to repeatedly check reservations if you don't need to make changes.
