- Most teachers won't notice you when you pass a note, so don't complicate things.

- For the strategy of the book, the smaller its size, the better.
- If the note is extremely personal and you want it to remain private at all costs, but you're about to get caught, eat it. That's right! - If you have a sharpener, a case or another type of container, just insert the note inside and then pass the object to your friend. - If there are lockers in your school made available to students, write the note in class, fold it and slip it into the slot in the door, making sure it is not visible or graspable from the outside (since a passer-by could notice it and take it out). This is slower, but safer.
- Post-its are great for passing cards to people sitting next to you. Write the message, stick it to your shoes and move your leg to a point where the other person can grab it. You can then peel off the slip, write a reply, and reattach it to your shoe.

Warnings
- Please try to keep in mind that passing notes to your friend could get him in trouble too! Often the teacher will punish both the sender and the recipient.
