Steps
Step 1. Buy coconut oil

Step 2. Wash your hair
Before applying the hot treatment, shampoo. Avoid using products such as gels, mousse or hairspray to avoid creating a screen that prevents the oil from penetrating the hair.
Step 3. Prepare a water bath
Bring 250 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 4. Heat the coconut oil
Take a cup or bowl and place it in the saucepan, pour in 2 tablespoons of coconut oil (30 ml).
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil (15 ml) if you have a dry scalp or if you have dandruff problems.
- Add 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil (15 ml) if you have skin fungus. Jojoba oil is a natural antifungal.
- Heat the oil for a few minutes without getting too hot. Don't risk getting burned. Use an oven mitt to remove and handle the cup.
Step 5. Moisten your hair
They must be moist, but not soggy.
Step 6. Dip your fingertips in the hot oil and then massage your skin
