Steps
Method 1 of 2: Method 1 of 2: Cartoon Anime Character
Step 1. Make a circle for the head and an oval for the torso
Add another oval for the pelvis, followed by lines of action for the character's posture; also add some triangles for the feet.
Step 2. Continue adding various strokes to better define the shape of the character, in this case a male figure, given by the broad shoulders and narrow waist
Step 3. Draw semicircular lines as a reference for the position of the eyes on the face
Step 4. Draw prominent lines to give the character a specific personality, such as the haircut for example. Also draw the fingers and ears
Step 5. Erase unnecessary guidelines, and start adding more details, such as the eyes, eyebrows, nose and mouth
Step 6. Color your drawing
Method 2 of 2: Method 2 of 2: Basic Anime Character
Step 1. Draw a circle for the head and a smaller one to define the shoulder and elbow joints. Also draw guidelines for the shoulders and torso, for the waist and legs
Step 2. Add a few more details, such as two ovals for the hips, an oval shape for the torso, two triangles for feet, and circles on the knee joints
Step 3. Start working on your posture and face
In this case, a female figure with her arms crossed over her chest. Also define the hands with two ovals.
Step 4. Add darker strokes to better outline the figure with more details, such as a t-shirt, a skirt and even the hairstyle
Step 5. Add the eyebrows and eyes
You can already start coloring the shoes.
