Drawing an anime-style face like a professional would do is something you can learn how to do in your own home as well. With a little patience and practice, if you follow these steps you will acquire your own anime style.
Steps
Step 1. Draw a circle, with a line marking the center of the face, exiting the circle to mark the chin
You can modify this line to get different types of faces depending on the character.
Step 2. Draw the line for the eyes:
this should be about the middle of the eyes. Again, the eyes can vary depending on the character you are creating. Girls, children, heroes and protagonists tend to have big eyes, while tomboys, adults and antagonists have narrow eyes; however you can decide. Eyes are one of the most important aspects in anime and manga, they say a lot about a character and his mood. Drawing them tight shows anger or concentration, making them big and round with a large pupil shows surprise. Wide eyes with narrow pupils show fear.
Step 3. Finish drawing the rest of the face
A straight or curved nose, a tiny mouth. A boy's nose is bigger. The eyebrows denote happiness if high and arched, anger if oblique, surprise if very raised, etc.
Step 4. Draw the hair
This is the fun part! Hair in anime and manga is unique and you can indulge yourself in making it as you wish.
Step 5. Finally, ink your drawing and color it if you want (usually watercolors, ink, or computer graphics are used, you can experiment using different tools
