Dora Marquez is the protagonist of the hit animated series "Dora the Explorer", on Nickelodeon. She is a 7 year old girl who interacts with viewers on her own adventures and teaches them Spanish. Whether or not you are a fan of Dora and her adventures, learn and have fun drawing her by following these instructions.
Steps
Step 1. Draw a figure in the shape of a purse or handbag for the head
Add a grid or horizontal and vertical lines on your figure.
Step 2. Draw the hair and a guideline for the body
Step 3. Start drawing the body
Draw the first part of an oval and then a circle underneath, to conclude by creating rectangular shapes for the legs.
Step 4. Draw arms and hands
For this drawing where Dora greets, draw the raised right hand and the left along her hip.
Step 5. Sketch her shoes
Copy the shape of a boot to be able to draw shoes.
Step 6. Clean up the drawing
Leave the guidelines and erase some internal traces to start sketching out more of Dora's details.
Step 7. Now add the clothes:
a pink T-shirt, orange shorts, yellow socks and shoes.
Step 8. Sketch the face:
draws three fringes, eyes and the irregular smile.
Step 9. Add the backpack, a bunch of circles for the bracelet and some lines to emphasize hands and shorts
Step 10. Review the drawing
To do this, draw thicker lines on the drawing and erase the guide lines and internal ones.
Step 11. Color
Use the image to copy the colors used for Dora.
