Applejack, or apple brandy, is a drink that combines brandy (the product of distilled wine, that is, a "distilled spirit") with apples, cinnamon and wine. Ingrediants
- 500 gr of red apples, peeled and cut
- 3 cinnamon sticks, 7.62 cm long
- 30 ml of water
- 600 grams of sugar
- 480 ml of brandy
- 720 ml of dry white wine
Steps
Step 1. Peel and cut 500g of red apples

Step 9. Place the container with all the ingredients in a dry and dark area

Every 3 days shake the container to mix the ingredients.
Step 10. Wait 3 weeks
Patience is an important element in making apple brandy.
After 3 weeks, open the glass container and squeeze the ingredients of the brandy / apple / wine mix through a double layer of gauze
Step 11. Pour the drained mix into a glass bottle and close it tightly
Step 12. Place the drained mix in a cool, dark area
Step 13. Wait 2 weeks
