Steps
Method 1 of 3: Classic Piña Colada
Step 1. Pour the ice, coconut milk, and pineapple juice into a blender
This drink prepares faster if you add all the ingredients at once. Leave a few slices of pineapple aside, though, as you'll need them to garnish the glass.
Step 2. Run the blender until the ice is crushed
It will take several minutes to get the creamy consistency typical of the piña colada.
Step 3. Pour the drink into two glasses
You can use the hurricane type ones to serve the cocktail in an imaginative way.
Step 4. Garnish with pineapple slices and sour cherries
Float a pineapple ring on the surface of the cocktail and add a black cherry in the center.
Step 5. Finished
Method 2 of 3: Banana Piña Colada
Step 1. Blend the ice with the pineapple juice and coconut milk
Pulse the appliance until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step 2. Add the banana and pineapple pieces
Continue to blend to homogenize the ingredients and obtain a mixture similar to a milkshake.
Step 3. Pour the drink into two glasses
Since the banana piña colada has a rather thick consistency, use two tall glasses with two straws, so it's easier to drink.
Step 4. Garnish with pineapple slices
The drink is more beautiful and festive if you add a couple of pineapple rings to the rim of the glass.
Method 3 of 3: Berries Piña Colada
Step 1. Blend the ice with the coconut milk and pineapple juice
You need to get a smooth cream.
Step 2. Add the berries
You can use strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or a combination of all three! Blend the berries with the creamy base for a colorful drink.
Step 3. Pour the cocktail into two glasses
Use clear glasses to appreciate the color of the fruity piña colada.
Step 4. Garnish the glasses with some berries
Enjoy the drink with a straw.
