Do you like to stay up to date on the latest news? Google News is a great platform to inform you about what's going on in the world.
Steps
Part 1 of 6: Getting started
Step 1. Visit the Google News site by accessing it in your browser
You can also google it and click on the first search result.
Step 2. Select a section
You can choose "Headlines", "Local News" or "For You" in the top bar. Click on each heading to read the new contents of the section.
Step 3. Select a topic
You can choose your favorite topics in the left section of the screen, such as "Front Page", "Science and Technology", "Economy", "Entertainment", "Sports", "Foreign" or "Health".
Step 4. Share the news
Click on the share button, located next to the title, and choose the social network on which you want to publish the news. Alternatively, copy the link that appears in the pop-up window.
Part 2 of 6: Editing the Sections List
Step 1. Open the settings
Click on "Manage Sections", which is at the bottom of the "Sections" list. You can also open the page directly by clicking here.
Step 2. Add a new section
Write the topics that interest you most, such as football, Twitter or music. You can also add a title (optional).
Step 3. Save your settings
Finally, click on "Add Section".
Step 4. Remove or modify sections
Scroll to "Active" and click "Hide" to delete a section. You can also drag and drop sections to reorder them.
Part 3 of 6: Changing the General Settings
Step 1. Open the general settings by clicking on the gear icon at the top right and selecting General from the drop-down menu
Step 2. If you want, disable the automatic page update by removing the check mark from "Automatically update news"
Step 3. If you use Google News in English, you can also change the match results section by turning it on or off
Also, you can select different series or sports.
Part 4 of 6: Adding Your Interests
Step 1. Select your interests from the drop-down menu that opens by clicking on the gear wheel at the top right
Step 2. Add your interests by writing them one by one in the box
Step 3. Done
You can read news about your interests in the "For you" section.
Part 5 of 6: Local Sections
Step 1. Click on the gear icon and select Local Sections from the drop-down menu
Step 2. Add new locations by entering the city or post code in the box
Step 3. Click on the "Add Location" button
In this section you can reorder or delete locations.
Part 6 of 6: Getting an RSS Feed Link
Step 1. Select a topic
Click on your favorite topic on the left side of the screen, such as sports, business, foreign or science and technology.
Step 2. Go to the bottom of the page, look for the "RSS" link and copy the address

Advice
- You can change your interests and locations to get more news on the topics you prefer.
