Microsoft Word documents are often not automatically visible on Android, so you need to download an application that allows your phone to open Word files.
Steps
Step 1. Open the "Play Store" application from the home of your device
Step 2. Search for a document reader in the Play Store, for example "OfficeSuite Viewer 6"
Click on "Install" and then on "Open" to install and start the application.
Step 3. In the viewer, click on the "Register Later" option to switch to the application
Step 4. Select "Recent Files" to view the most recent files you have read
You can also browse files on your phone, or open files remotely.
Step 5. From the list that appears, click on a document you want to read
Step 6. Wait for the document to load, then read it in the viewer
You can also click on the binoculars icon at the top right of the screen to search for a specific word in the document.
