This article explains how to smoothly switch from one iPhone to another, transferring all your data.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Using iCloud
Step 1. Open the Settings of the old iPhone
Look for the app with the gray icon with gears (⚙️), which is usually found on the home screen.
Step 2. Press your Apple ID
This is the section at the top of the menu that contains your name and an image if you have added one.

- If the iOS version is not the latest, you may not need to complete this step.
Step 3. Press iCloud
You will find this item in the second section of the menu.

You will find this button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 11. Enter your Apple ID and password
Do it in their respective fields.

Wait for the backup operation to finish and for iTunes to save your data. The process can take a few minutes, depending on the amount of data on your phone
Step 6. Click the Eject button, then disconnect the phone from the computer
You will find it to the right of your iPhone name. Unplug the USB cable from your computer.
Step 7. Turn off the old iPhone
Do this by pressing and holding the lock button at the top right until "Swipe to power off" appears on the screen, then slide the button to the right.
If your iPhone has a SIM, remove the card from the old phone and insert it into the new one

Select the most recent backup from the drop-down menu.
Step 13. Click Continue
