Being physically attractive can be a vague and probably unattainable goal, and the concept of charm differs from person to person. Being 'healthy' can be a more concrete goal if you equate beauty with fitness. Different cultures define charm differently, and often within each culture there are groups of people who still have dissimilar ideas. For this reason it is not possible to give every individual the same advice and suggestions.
Steps
Step 1. Believe in yourself
Otherwise you will never understand that you have reached a given level of fascination, even if the rest of the world does.
Step 2. Relax
Many, if not all, people are somewhat unsure about their physical appeal. By realizing that you are not the only one who cares about it, you can take the correct perspective. Strive to have good posture and a relaxed face and body. Practice walking around the house with a book balanced on your head. During the exercise, don't forget to stay relaxed.
Step 3. Determine the type of people you want to attract
For example, sporty men with a well-paid job, or punk women who work as bicycle couriers, in fact two completely different types of people, and therefore attracted to different things.
Step 4. Choose clothes that fit your figure
If you don't feel as attractive as you would like, clothes and accessories can help you, increasing your confidence. Whether you choose a professional, casual, punk, country, emo look or a combination of these, your outfits will communicate your message to the world, and who you want to be.
Step 5. Exercise
Health is a universally attractive trait. Dance, run, swim or play a sport of your choice. Take evening walks of at least a couple of kilometers. If you can't maintain both a steady healthy diet and exercise, at least choose to move. You will make your body more attractive by improving your posture, toning your legs and buttocks and relieving stress.
Step 6. Maintain your hygiene at an excellent level
People will notice it. Brush your teeth twice a day and floss. Use mouthwash if you have bad breath. Moisturize the skin to give it a healthy and radiant appearance and spend time in the sauna or Turkish bath. Do manicures and pedicures. Depilate your body frequently.
Step 7. Feel comfortable with your sexuality and femininity
If you believe that femininity is a value and if the people you want to attract do the same, you will want to accentuate your qualities as a woman. On the other hand, some people are attracted to androgynous or masculine women, or simply those who show the right balance between masculinity and femininity. Only you know what is best for you, and what attracts the people who interest you.

- Keep a positive attitude. Most people care about their physical appearance, you are not the only one.
- Many people believe that personality can also be attractive, so remember this when you don't feel physically attractive.
- Decide if physical appearance is what you want to focus on the most. If you want to attract a type of person who places a lot of emphasis on appearance, remember that you will need to ensure an ongoing commitment to maintain the desired level. Some people prefer to have at their side a person who, although attractive, does not consider their beauty as a mission for life.
- Ask people you trust for sincere advice, but remember that their idea of charm may differ from yours. It may be more helpful to identify the aspects of yourself that you want to change yourself, and then ask for advice about the possible options available. For example, if you want to be more athletic, ask a very sporty friend for advice, it will help you become more physically active.
