Step 1. Dye your hair

Step 2. Buy some nice tight pants

Step 4. Put on tons of hair pins
The more colorful and different they are, the better. Since your look will be characterized mainly by soft colors, spice it up by putting bright stars, skulls or even hearts in your hair. The shimmery brooches will make a nice contrast to the dark hair.
