All teenage girls have had this problem: being at a friend's house, at a party, at a dance, on a date or at school and suddenly having a problem. The protagonist, for example, begins to sweat, or the pimple she tried to squeeze becomes evident as a third eye, or, even worse, her period suddenly arrives. And she has nothing to dry with, she lacks a sanitary napkin or anything else useful, and the situation worsens. This is a short article on what every teenager should take with them in an emergency.
Steps
Step 1. A cute bag is a must
Make sure you have a nice bag to carry with you and in which to put everything you will use in an emergency. It doesn't have to be a first aid bag, quite the opposite. It has to be a stylish accessory that you can take anywhere without anyone getting suspicious.
Step 2. Find your ideal emergency kit bag
The small makeup bags are of a good size. Make sure there are zippers and it's a nice accessory.
Step 3. Don't forget to put in your eye drops, medication, asthma inhaler, pain relievers, or any other medication you need daily or in an emergency
Step 4. Bring tampons or pads, sanitary wipes, and a change of underwear
Remember to put this in a smaller bag, which can fit into the larger bag. This way only you can take what you need without anyone else seeing it.
Step 5. Bring a travel deodorant
Step 6. If you wear braces, it is essential to bring toothpaste and a travel toothbrush
Bring a small mouthwash, too, and a packet of chewingum or mints.
Step 7. If you wear contact lenses, bring the container and cleaning solution
Step 8. We are all concerned about making a good impression
Whatever makeup you use, from a simple lip gloss to a more opaque foundation, take it with you. Make sure you've chosen the right makeup for you (for example: oil-free, pore-free, anti-acne, etc.).
Step 9. Unruly hair?
Welcome to the club. All girls have days when their hair doesn't fit. Bring small emergency things, like clothespins or clips, in your kit.
Step 10. Decide on the things you may need
Maybe bring some nail polish or a file, or maybe a newspaper or a book, and a camera phone or iPod, if you have them.
Step 11. You don't know if you need an extra pair of earrings, something to sew, patches, stain remover or double sided tape, so look around and put things in your bag if there is room
Advice
- Remember, the seasons change and with them your needs. In the summer you may need a sunscreen, in the winter some hair cream. Bring sanitary pads or a panty liner even if you are not menstruating, they can always help.
- If you're at the movies or on a date that a friend is on, ask her - she might have what you need.
- Bring coins to buy medical supplies. Many women's bathrooms have a tampon or sanitary pad dispenser.
- For everything you bring, make sure it is allowed by your school's regulations.
Warnings
- Chewingum can damage dental appliances
- Do not bring drugs to school if it is not allowed.
