Learning how to believe in yourself can be difficult. Follow these steps and things will get easier.
Steps
Step 1. Be happier at home
Talk to friends and do fun things for a while or until you feel ready to burst into happiness from all pores.
Step 2. Start school by making sure your head is not down and your hair is not covering your face. Keep it away from your face, take off the hood and wear cheerful colors like orange and green
Walk with confidence.
Step 3. Maintain eye contact. If you can't do this, look over your shoulder or some other spot close to people's eyes.
Step 4. Don't hide
It will make you look like someone who doesn't want to talk.
Step 5. Smile or laugh at the jokes, so you make yourself more visible
Make a few yourself.
Step 6. Smile a lot
When someone looks around and sees someone smiling and happy, they tend to notice them more than someone who stays in the back.
Step 7. If you know the answer to a question, raise your hand
If it's wrong, shrug (draw attention to yourself without exaggerating).
Step 8. Talk to your friends so you feel more comfortable
Step 9. If you feel so shy that you can't even talk to friends much, make a few comments from time to time
Step 10. Don't be fake
Consider friends for who they are, friends. You don't have to push them away, you would end up not being accepted even by others.
Step 11. Be yourself
Exactly what you are. Not another. Never pretend to be the person you want to be.
Step 12. Act like you are always happy and comfortable
So you will become a magnet for people, not in a bad way of course, but everyone will want to know you and that includes any crushes. Once you get used to it, it will come naturally to you.
Step 13. Don't be a hollow gourd but take some time to feel good about yourself

Life is just one! Work hard for your goals, laugh a lot, love everyone you want to love and believe in yourself. Do something you've always wanted to do but that scares you. It might be difficult at first, but the more you try, the more proud of yourself you will become. Here's how you become more confident.
Step 15. Don't think too much about what you need to do
For many it is difficult, especially when you have to meet new people. Go for it and don't worry about it going wrong.
Advice
- Keep your head up and stop looking at your feet.
- Look in the mirror daily and say, "I'm great. I'm fabulous, talented and beautiful in my own way and everyone knows it. I love my life and feel great! I can do anything, be who I want and like." Build your favorite version of this stimulus. Remember this is not self-obsession. Believe me! You're just telling yourself what you're worth, because you're worth a lot! You are the BEST, tell your friends.

- If you're not good at smiling, practice at home. Not in front of the mirror, smile at yourself several times.
