For years, telekinesis has been treated with skepticism and derision. Often people don't have an open mind about this type of thing simply because they have never witnessed it. However, although there are no scientific studies to confirm its existence, many believe that telekinesis is a real and possible thing. So if you are an open-minded person, this article is for you.
Steps
Part 1 of 3: Focus
Step 1. Work on your visualization skills
One of the main exercises when it comes to telekinesis is visualization - of yourself or the objects around you. These exercises don't guarantee results, if you don't have the necessary skills to support them, so start visualizing! As with meditation, you will see the results in your mind, with the aim of making them happen in real life.
Start with visualizing small objects. Work on every detail - feel, color shades, smell, maybe even taste. Work until you can visualize entire scenes, with you inside them
Step 2. Meditate
Anyone well connected to the world of telekinesis will tell you that meditation is at the heart of developing your superhuman abilities. In order to channel energies into the objects around you, your brain needs to be '100% free'. No other thought should fit in, ruining and distracting you from the thoughts that need to be channeled. Meditation is the quickest way to develop this skill.
It is practically a point of honor to do 50 things at a time, in our society: our life is swarming with fervor of piles of things to do; we are like jugglers who spin many dishes: it is impossible that at least one does not fall! Meditation allows you to escape from this modern way of life and move it away, allowing your mental ability to take center stage
Step 3. Open your mind
Just like with hypnosis, approaching the practice of telekinesis with a closed and skeptical mind does not guarantee results. If you think you can't, you really can't - and that's an understatement. So ignore all these naysayers, ignore the science and give the event a 110% chance. Maybe nothing happens, sure, but nothing will happen for sure if you don't allow it.
There is no room for doubt. You cannot doubt yourself or the possibility that something is really happening. Positive thoughts fuel positive thoughts, negative ones work the same way. One negative thought can give birth to a thousand, turning you into a skeptic. When you are convinced that you can do it, it is only then that you succeed
Step 4. Be patient
A lot of time in the telekinetic world, at least when it comes to exercising, means years. Years… not weeks or months. You may have to practice for hundreds, maybe even thousands of times before you stumble upon that blend of magical, effective energy. There is no telling when or where the event will happen - you just have to persevere.
The reward for the effort is nil until it really happens - it's a sudden event. Unlike weight loss or guitar playing, it's not something you can see gradual progress of. You will practice day after day until at some point something finally happens. It's just a matter of having the means to get to that point
Step 5. Relax
If you are meditating, hopefully it won't be a problem. Can you imagine trying to channel the energy and dispel all the excess thought accumulated at work, in your relationship or about what someone said at school today? Impossible. So relax. Let it go. For this to work, you must truly and completely be present in this moment. Your brain can't be anywhere else.
Yoga is another way to get rid of the stress of everyday life. In addition to meditation and yoga (and exercise in general), be sure to set aside some time each day for yourself. Having 10 - 15 minutes to concentrate can make the rest of the day much easier
Step 6. Give up the idea that the system and the person manipulating it are two different entities, because they both contain the same energy
This is the idea that forms the basis of telekinesis: you and the object are a unity. You have to give up the belief that nothing else is like that. You know how all matter in the universe started from the stars: aren't we stardust? It is exactly that. You are able to move that spoon in front of you, because it is a natural extension of you.
Part 2 of 3: Exercising Your Skills
Step 1. Start by spinning a psi wheel
The test is simply trying to spin the wheel. Cover it with a glass container to prevent the wind from moving it.
Step 2. Focus on a small object and nothing else
Telekinesis is all about being able to move things around you. In order to channel the natural energy into this object near you, it will be necessary to concentrate particularly intensely. It is easier to start with very light objects, such as a match or a small pencil. The further away the molecules are within the system, the easier it is to manipulate. You will be able to work on the chairs later!
Engage in these exercise sessions twice a day for an hour in total. View the moving object. To the left? To the right? Is it rolling, falling, being pushed or pulled? Is the whole object moving or just one side? Be as specific as you can
Step 3. Create psi energy balls
A psi ball is a sphere of energy that you can sense, manipulate, and which, over time, use for complicated tasks. With your hands around your stomach, try to feel the energy within yourself. Hold your hands as if they are holding a ball. How large is it? Does it radiate? What colour is it? Once it has materialized, move it and let it take shape and size.
Over time, you can use this ball to bring energy into other objects. In the same way that a baseball might knock over a vase, the psi ball can hit real objects, treating them largely the same way
Step 4. Work with the flames
In addition to working with small objects, work with fire! Light a candle and watch it glow. Clear your mind and let the flame fill your thoughts. Watch as it flickers and moves. Focus on it, move it with your energy. Move it to the right, move it to the left, lengthen it, shorten it, make it brighter, duller and make it yours. Is he dancing as you wish?
The flames can actually be a little easier to manipulate. They are already balls of energy and non-heavy objects that engage in a fight. Use this exercise when you are feeling particularly tired as a sort of telekinetic cure-all
Step 5. Vary the exercises
Since you're spending so much time on this goal (an hour each day, right?), Make sure you switch between them - you never know which methods work and which don't until you try them all. Here are some ideas:
- Try the classic bending spoon technique. But don't use your grandmother's good service! Hold it right in front of you horizontally with both hands. The curve of the handle must point upwards. Focus on a ball of psi inside you, getting hotter and brighter. Move the ball through your arms and down to your fingers, which will bend the spoon like butter. Do this when you feel your psi sphere is at the highest temperature.
- Get a rolling object. Start by giving it a light pat, focusing on it by flying over the table. Every day, give it a less intense nudge, still focusing on it to maintain that push.
- Work with a compass. Since it is free to float, some say it is easier to work with it (not to mention magnetism). You can focus on it with your eyes open or closed and wave your hand over it in the direction you want to move it. Of course, if your eyes are closed, you'll need someone else (or a camera) to shoot.
Step 6. Try astral projection
Do you know out-of-body experiences or OBEs? This is the astral projection, in which the soul leaves the body and ventures onto the astral plane. It requires a deep state of hypnosis and to enter a state of "vibration". And then, due to some power of the mind, your soul moves out of the body and into the world around you.
It is very, very, very difficult to do. To avoid frustration, start small. Try moving an arm or a leg and having a kind of "out of limb" experience. Then you can move all over yourself, wandering through the rooms and into the ether. Even if it's scary, relax and get back into your body
Step 7. Stop when you feel mentally and physically tired
Do not continue until your fatigue has returned to a normal level. It is like taking an exam with only two hours of sleep, with 15 energy drinks in the body and the person sitting in the back continuing to bubble with chewing gum. In other words, you will fail to pass the exam. In fact, the results will be better later, only if you have rested. Listen to your body and mind!
Part 3 of 3: Understanding the Science
Step 1. Understand how telekinesis is possible and how it can be useful
Energy can be defined as the ability to perform an action, that is, any change in the state or movement of matter. Our body is constantly crossed by energy, that same energy that allows us to move, breathe and simply perform any action. From food we get energy that can be measured in calories (the amount of energy found in a food). This energy is known as chemical energy. In muscle cells, only about 40% of the chemical energy is actually used for mechanical work. The potential chemical energy released by cellular respiration is converted in the muscles into kinetic energy. Instead of using physical and kinetic energy to move things, it is possible to use the chemical energy stored and stored in the body. Although it is not possible to see it (with the naked eye) there is a vast amount of energy within us.
-
The first law of thermodynamics states: energy cannot be created or destroyed, although it can be transferred or changed from one form to another. The energy of each system, and of the area around it, is constant. A system can absorb energy from its surroundings or it can release energy to its surroundings, however the total energy content of that system will remain unchanged.
Telekinesis is not magic, although it has probably been confused with magic for thousands of years; it is a simple transfer of energy from the body (the surrounding environment) to an object outside the body (the system)
Step 2. Recognize and feel the energy flowing through the body
Since the basic principle of this idea is that you and the object are one entity, it is important that you perceive how the connection flows through your body. Here are two exercises to work on bond perception:
- Exercise 1. Contract all the muscles in one of your arms for 10 seconds, including your fist. After 10 seconds, relax your arm completely and analyze the sensation of heat passing through it. The heat may pulsate or give a feeling of electricity. The sensation felt following the contraction of the muscle is energy. Your goal is to be able to control that energy without having to use an initial trigger such as muscle contraction. When you are in control of it, you should be able to handle a controlled release of energy without burning it.
- Exercise 2. Look for a cold place. Relax your body completely so that you can sit (or lie down) preventing your body hair from rising from the cold. Practice trying to learn to control the energy that naturally tries to warm you by preventing you from freezing. Over time you will be able to take greater control of the energy used in useless things and you will be able to voluntarily send energy through the body, directing it where you want it (chest, legs, arms, etc.) and when you want it.
Step 3. Decide if you want to pull, push or rotate the system
Each option requires a different approach than that of changing the state or levitating the system.
- Pulling the system is simple, because you know the direction of the energy.
- Levitation is very complex, because it requires the reduction of the inertia of the system in order to make it light enough for its electromagnetism to react with that of the surrounding environment.
- Changing the state of the system requires a change in the total amount of kinetic energy of the system (which we commonly recognize as heat). The amount of thermal energy (calorie) is equivalent to 4, 184 joules, which corresponds to the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of 1 g of water by 1 degree Celsius. However, other common substances such as metal and glass have a much lower specific heat value. For this reason you can understand why changing the state of an object can be very difficult for the mind.
Step 4. Concentrate the energy and direct it towards the system
How to do it is up to you. Different methods are effective for different people simply because we have different ways of thinking. Initially try to feel the system and pay attention to its weight: how much energy will it take to physically move it? Then try to match it with the energy you feel in your body without touching the object.
Remember that a continuous flow of energy will be required. When you begin to act on the system, you will have to maintain the focus of your energy, otherwise the system will return to its primary state. Newton's first law states: any object in the state of rest remains at rest unless a force is acting, in this case you
Warnings
- Concentrating for long periods of time can put a strain on your system and could lead to moderate and repeated migraines. Although these are not serious symptoms, these ailments indicate that you need rest.
- The (allegedly) best telekinesis talent in history was a Russian housewife named Nina Kulagina. Nina could move and roll objects, but not completely levitate them. To date, many illusionists are able to replicate Nina's abilities. His "skills" are still a source of discussion, but future research will provide an answer to our questions.
