Steps
Step 1. Take a shower to eliminate bacteria that can reproduce quickly in a warm environment

- Choose the position in which to sit based on the degree of heat you can withstand, the highest bench is the one where the heat is greatest.
- Make your sauna experience short and intense, it is better to position yourself on the middle or upper bench for 10 minutes rather than the lower one for 20.
- Wear flip flops in the sauna, the floor could be slippery.
