Steps
Step 1. Approach a sink and run cold water over the abrasion
It may sting, but keep the wound under running water for 2-5 minutes. If the abrasion is in a place that is difficult to reach, moisten a cloth and wet it carefully. Hold the fabric in place for 2-5 minutes.
Step 2. If the abrasion does bleed, wipe it dry and pat it dry with a clean cloth
Hold the tissue over the wound and wait for the blood flow to stop.
Step 3. Wrap some ice in a cloth and place it on the abrasion for a few minutes
Step 4. Apply a patch, preferably waterproof
Step 5. Wait for your body to regenerate and naturally take care of the abrasion
