If you have an extra acoustic guitar, or you just want to try something new and different with your guitar, try changing the tuning in “Nashville Tuning”, you will be amazed.
Steps
Step 1. Go to your local shop and buy single strings or a 12 string set for acoustic guitar
Uses bronzed strings for acoustic guitar. The string scaling you will need is as follows:
Step 2..010 plain
Step 3..014 plain
Step 4..009 plain
Step 5..012 plain
Step 6..018 plain
Step 7..027 wound
Step 8. Remove the old strings, but not all together, rather replace them one at a time
Clean your guitar and fretboard with a specific product.
Step 9. Begin replacing the strings starting with the E sing
This will have.010 caliber. Continue to replace the strings, one at a time, as follows: second string.014, third string.009, fourth string.012, fifth string.018, and sixth string.027.
Step 10. Tune the first two strings (E, Si) normally
The third, fourth, fifth and sixth string (G, D, A, Mi) must be tuned an octave higher. Don't be afraid to tune them too high, as these are normally tuned an octave higher. The electronic tuner will be of great help to you.
Step 11. Once you have finished tuning, give it a nice "pick" and you will be amazed at what will "come out" of your guitar
It inspired me and it will inspire you too!
Step 12. Sounds like you always did before, but now, your guitar will sound like you've never heard before
It is a cross between the sound of a Mandolin, an Autoharp and a 12-string guitar. It is best enjoyed when played in duo with another guitar.
