"Relationship" is a word that describes the relationships we have with each other. We all have some kind of connection with other human beings; bonds that can be of various types. The quality of the relationships we have with the people close to us depends on our ability to manage them. To have harmony in the family, you need to be able to create a positive interaction between the various units that make it up. The family is the starting point for being able to relate well to others. Relationships between parents and children or between husband and wife are not always exceptional these days. It has been amply demonstrated by various researches that many families are not satisfied with what happens within the family. This is especially true with regard to husbands, wives and children who are unable to relate efficiently within the family unit.
Steps
Step 1. Behave wisely
Listen to what people older than you have to say, so you will have no problem understanding their point of view and, once they finish talking, what you think. Giving everyone their space is important.
Step 2. Try to be patient
Don't shout or argue when your parents are angry. Once they have calmed down, try to discuss with them in a civil way explaining what happened and what actually happened.
Step 3. Explain what it is that doesn't suit you
If you are a child and you don't like what's going on in your family, make an effort to get along with your parents. Sit down with them and explain to them what the problem is. Try to explain how you are feeling, in order to inform them of the situation and give them the opportunity to take action.
Step 4. State what your expectations are
If you are a parent and you are not happy with your child's behavior, don't yell at him or taunt him. Explain your point of view serenely. Let him know you love him and give him time to learn to trust and confide in you.
Step 5. Make time for each other
Decide when to spend time together. Take your children on outings with the whole family.
Step 6. Commit and be responsible
Spend time and effort on your family.
Step 7. Be a friend to your children
Children should feel comfortable discussing their daily life with their parents. Therefore parents should try to maintain a good relationship with them.
Step 8. Be open to each other
Problems between husband and wife should remain within the couple, without involving third parties. A husband should try to understand his wife and vice versa.
Step 9. Try to solve problems, not make a drama out of them
The problems facing a couple should not be able to weaken them enough to lead to quarrels, but they should be considered as obstacles to overcome in order to strengthen the relationship more.
Step 10. Address the situation instead of making it worse
All families have problems. It happens in every home; the difference is in how we react to these challenges.
Step 11. Try to bond closely with other family members
A good family relationship requires that everyone find time to devote to others.
Step 12. Try to understand your child's feelings
A good parent must try to understand his children and have a good relationship with them. He must strive to guide them and make them understand the difference between good and evil, never forcing them to make decisions in any way.
Step 13. Don't let your parents down
A devoted child should take the well-being of his parents at heart and try to understand their point of view.
Step 14. Be understanding with others
A good relationship requires understanding each other.
