Cleaner genitals aren't just desirable during the menstrual period. Learn to improve your intimate hygiene to feel cleaner, safer and more beautiful every moment.
Steps
Step 1. Wash the vaginal area twice a day
If you shower daily, use a small amount of mild cleanser to gently wash your intimate areas. Before going to sleep, do a final clean with intimate wipes.
Step 2. Use a panty saver
It will absorb any vaginal excretion ensuring the proper cleaning of your clothing. Change the panty liners daily.
Step 3. Purchase an intimate deodorant for women
It will prevent the formation of sweat and unpleasant odors. Be careful though, as it is a chemical mixture it can cause allergic reactions, so act at your own risk.
Step 4. Shave the private parts (optional)
Try to keep this area shaved. Use a razor carefully, 1 or 2 times a week. Instead of regular shaving cream, go for a thick layer of conditioner. A tip: depilate the area in the direction of the hair, it is less painful and while not guaranteeing a perfect shave, it allows excellent hair removal.
Advice
- If you use tampons during the menstrual period, during the night you prefer a normal tampon designed for a heavy cycle, in order not to run the serious risk of toxic shock syndrome.
- Before immersing yourself in a foam bath, wash your body and hair so as not to remain in contact with your own impurities for a long time, you could expose yourself to the risk of candida.
- Don't wear a thong, it can be irritating.
Warnings
- Always be cautious when showering as soap could irritate the vaginal area and cause an infection.
- Never use a dirty or rusty razor!
